Regarding the move of CEE, given what tiles are left, the lower left corner looks like it only scores significantly for you at that point in time, but I could be wrong about that... Might Quackle like the leave better with COZ?

True, but why give him the chance to even score a cheap and easy 25ish points with overlaps like LOOM or POON? Then the score is much closer and if my draw is horrendous I could be in trouble. Well, I guess Quackle likes COZ because it reduces those overlaps to 19 points and leaves me the outside chance of a bingo up top. Hmm, I think you are right about the low-left corner only really being helpful to me, but then again, where else should I play?

If I'm looking in the same spot, COZ does block those plays, but I see your point.
